No refunds are given, reschedule only. Please call/text me at (385) 262-3961 at least 5 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify me to reschedule. You can also email me at email@example.com
For Apparel, Merch & Physical Products Refund & Exchange Policy-
No refunds are given. A drop shipping company is used so there are no exchanges for wrong sizing.
If the item has a print or quality issue –
We will work with you to replace the item at no additional cost. Please email pictures, and a description of the issue, to firstname.lastname@example.org
The item was lost in the mail (not reported delivered)-
We’ll work to replace the item free of charge.
The item shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it –
If this has happened, please email email@example.com. Reshipping the item will be at our sole discretion.
